Dulse begins to walk, entering a nearby glass elevator. We know them as Earth-47 and Earth-101, respectively.ĭulse: Perhaps we should continue this conversation as I give you the tour. The first two are known to you as Ultra Ruins and Ultra Jungle. Michiko: You've been to that many worlds?ĭulse: You were the third alternate Earth we'd made contact with. Your Foundation calls us Ultra Megalopolis, but to us, it is simply home.ĭulse: Not many have asked that question. Michiko: I'm not too sure where “here” is.ĭulse: Ultra Space is nothing but the anomaly that connects our worlds. Clipped awkwardly to the right side of his chest is a name tag that reads “Dulse”.ĭulse: You must be our newest transfer. His Aether Foundation uniform is unique from the grunts, with accents of grey body armor and an emblemed seal on the left side of his chest. He has strange purple hair and piercing purple eyes. Michiko looks forward, making eye contact with a man in his mid-twenties. Glass elevators carry passengers many stories above, and, evidently, below, as a nearby carriage zooms past the floor. Many catwalks teeming with people stretch through the air, illuminated by fluorescents. As she walks through the door, she's amazed to find the interior is much bigger than it appears from the outside. Michiko nods and winks, walking into the building. Michiko: Uh-huh! Just transferred from the island!Ī flash of panic flashes across Michiko's face, but the guard quickly bursts into laughter. ![]() She approaches the gate with an anxious smile, flashing the security guard a nametag. ![]() That young woman, of course, is Michiko Itö, briefcase in hand and a ponytail in her hair. The back door opens, a young woman in a white Aether Foundation uniform steps out. A beat up yellow taxi stops in front of a large chain-link fence.
